Stamping a pattern.................

Hi there.
Once again, I sat staring at an image for a challenge, the ric#39 - Clover Canyon Resort challenge.
Nothing much had come to mind, but I was very taken with the texture of the pattern on the dress.
So I started by stamping the row of orange and turquoise triangles. The rest of the card developed from there.

Here is the card:-

The white card is linen textured. This added extra effect to the stamping.
The Tiny Triangles are from PTI. (item2670)
The large orange area is stamped with an old Hero Arts stamp from the shadow ink days.
Extra Long Rectangle Background (H2925)
The  flower is Hero Arts Wood mounted Rubber Stamp ETCHED FLOWER WITH STEM  (G5749)
The sentiment is part of a framed Hero Arts stamp from Clear set Truly Grateful (CL569)
The Fleur de Lis is from a Carl punch.
The other stamped areas are from a clear stamp set by Hot Off the Press 'Stamped Stitches'

Until next time...................................
