Merry Monday Christmas Card Challenge #98 - Create a Christmas card with country charm using stitching and buttons.

The aqua, white and silver colour combination for the last challenge produced such clean, fresh cards for the gallery. All were amazing. Congratulations to our winners.

Here is the Merry Monday Challenge image for this week, so inspiring. The design team have completely rocked the challenge, as always!! :-) Look for hand stitching on a few of the cards....LOVELY!!

For my card I used a stitched rectangle and circle from Lil'Inker. The poinsettia is a wood stamp from Memory Box called Poinsettia Bloom. I have stamped it three times, coloured and layered it. The 'Peace' is PTI. I finished the card with the required buttons and a twine bow.

Have fun with the challenge. I am really looking forward to seeing your stitched and buttoned creations.

The twine behind your beautiful poinsettia is just gorgeous, Karen. I love how you "modernised" the country charm theme but still kept to the challenge.

Excuse me, I, I ... Okay, sorry, I'm back in my chair now. Silliest thing, I kept looking at your card and falling to the floor! Sure, don't worry about me, I'm just an old granny with a bad back, you just keep on blowing me off my seat ...! Hugs, Darnell
